Head of Residential Conveyancing, Coventry, 7+ years’ PQE – A new role has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor.
OVERVIEW
• The successful Head of Residential Property will join a hardworking and talented team, to handle a caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and tenancy agreements.
• You will have responsibility of mentoring and training the team members, daily supervision of reporting fee-earners.
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE and will be experienced in managing a team.
• You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be capable of inspiring and encouraging junior staff members with a positive and proactive approach.
• You will be keen on driving forward the profile of the firm; actively seeking out opportunities for business development and networking, writing articles and public speaking at events and using social media as a platform to promote the efforts of the department.
