COMPANY COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR
£40K - £60K
COVENTRY
The client is a progressive law firm with in Coventry and have a requirement for a Company Commercial Solicitor with a good technical background to join a growing commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 3-5 years PQE solicitor with commercial awareness and a varied, wide ranging transactional experience to work alongside a partner. You would be joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and well regarded team that typically deals in good quality and generally high value corporate transactions and company re-organisations.
You will be involved in a broad range of work including work on all Companies Act related matters, dealing with shareholder arrangements, advising on finance and banking arrangements and general commercial work.
You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be expected to run your own caseload but also be an interactive team member.
