Family Partner - Legal 500 Practice

Pure Search are instructed by a leading Legal 500 ranked practice looking to grow their Family group.

Our client has an established track record working with high-profile and high-net-worth individuals including actors, sports stars, elite athletes, celebrities and entrepreneurs. Aside from the unique client base, this is a rare opportunity for a junior or mid-level partner with a following to play a key role in the leadership and growth of the firm's Family team moving forward. It therefore requires someone with dynamism and an entrepreneurial spirit to make a difference.

The Role:

The current focus of the team, and likely ideal candidate, will have experience of:

• Divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships and judicial separation;
• Financial matters including divorce or separation;
• Matters concerning children, both in the UK and internationally;
• Injunction and enforcement proceedings;
• Disputes between cohabitees;
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements;
• Emergency order prohibiting harassment and violence.

There is a strong international dimension to the firm's client base and the role would ideally suit someone with a breadth of both domestic and cross-jurisdictional experience.

About You:

You will be an existing partner at a Legal 500 ranked family practice looking for a new challenge with a diverse and exciting client base and clear opportunities for management responsibility, both in terms of managing associates and contributing towards the overall growth plans and development of the team. Alternatively, you may be a Senior Associate with a following looking to take the step up to a partner role.
