About the Role

The team acts for a diverse client base ranging from commercial clients to HNW individuals, offering a fantastic range and degree of work. The Commercial Property Solicitor will be advising and acting on matters including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Leases
• Licenses
• Property management work
• Development agreements and options

Candidate Requirements

The firm is now interested in seeing the CVs of Commercial Property Solicitors who demonstrate:

• 1+ year of PQE handling a wide range of commercial property transactions.
• The ability to uphold the firm’s excellent reputation amongst its clients.
• A good head for marketing and business development.
