The residential conveyancing team is a busy and growing department who work with a range of clients from first-time buyers to property developers.

The firm is looking to make a senior appointment with someone who has a proven ability to network, market and secure new business as you'll be in a position to make a significant impact on the growth of the practice.

Requirements:

· You will be 5+ years PQE with solid grounding across all aspects of conveyancing
· Comprehensive record in business development, staff development and commitment to excellence
· Able to demonstrate a collegiate working style and commitment to leading a team
