An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal HR assistant to join a leading international full-service law firm in their Liverpool city centre office. Experience of operating in a similar role within professional services is essential, together with a tenacity for detail and delivering excellent client service. Legal sector experience is desirable, but not essential.

As a legal HR assistant, your duties will involve:
- All HR administration duties, including preparing and issuing contracts changes, confirmation of probations, family leave, and other documentation as required
- Maintaining and updating the HR database and ensuring that all trackers are accurate
- Daily administration of the Talent Support inbox, including responding to queries, actioning reference requests and competent working in Excel to enter, manipulate and report upon data
- Processing invoices and payments and ordering flowers, long service awards and other gifts
- Supporting the other two Talent Advisory Assistants with general administration and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Supporting process improvement activity across Talent Operations
- Assisting in the ongoing review of Talent policies and procedures
- Payroll and Benefits administration duties
- Initiating PowerPoint presentations and drafting documentation
- Any other duties as reasonably required
