A Legal 500 firm are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal with to work in their office near to Redhill. The Firm is well established, with an excellent reputation in the local area and have several offices across London & Surrey. They offer market leading training and great career prospects.
This is an excellent position for a candidate who is near the start of their legal career. I am recruiting for a Property Paralegal to assist an expanding team at a well established Legal 500 law firm, working on both Commercial transactions. You will support the team who handle a wide range of work. The emphasis will be on all aspects of sales & acquisitions along with commercial lease work and property finance.
Experience in Commercial Property is desirable for this position, but candidates with Residential Property experience will also be considered. It is anticipated that candidates will need a minimum of 12 months experience in order to be successful. Training is important to the firm and you will get help when needed and have the chance to continuously develop your expertise. This firm are committed to the development of their staff, so it is a great opportunity for an aspiring solicitor or legal executive.
