This firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their award-winning team based in Central London

The firm are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their thriving firm based in the Central London office.

The Role

This firm looks for ambitious individuals with strong interpersonal skills. You will receive industry-leading training, and will be given the opportunity to take on further responsibility and progress within an industry leading firm.

This role encompasses the whole conveyancing lifecycle across both freehold and leasehold, from initial instruction to post completion. This will be a hands-on role where you will work with many high-end estate agents and have a real variety of work making the role more interesting.

You will join a friendly, supportive and progressive team working alongside a highly experienced team of Solicitors. They really invest in their staff and offer significant career progression.

Requirements

  • You will have at least 1 years' experience in a Residential Property department.
  • You will have experience working on both freehold and leasehold property conveyancing transactions
  • You will work well within a team and will be personable
