Cash Management Lawyer

We’re currently recruiting for the London Branch of a European bank which is looking to hire an additional lawyer into the banking legal team. Focusing on cash management product coverage, you will support the business in terms of all types of payment arrangements, deposit needs, cash pooling etc. You will assist with putting new infrastructure in place and support substantial growth whilst reviewing products and enabling the business to become more sustainable and efficient. The business is very dynamic, looking to build and develop their client base, and therefore require someone who can operate in fast paced environment.

We would expect applicants to have a minimum of 3 years PQE for this role but you could be more senior. You should have good knowledge of PSD2 and navigating other related regulations as well as having experience supporting corporate customers. Your experience can be from private practice or in-house.
