This is a standout and exclusive opportunity which requires an ambitious individual, who wants to take control of the way they work, to work in a new environment alongside a heavy-hitting management team, which consists of an ex CEO of a Top 200 law firm and a focus on work/life balance.

Firm Overview

This law firm has been created with the idea that Lawyers are individuals who operate best when they are dealing with their clients. The more extensive admin, insurance, liability and day to day running of the business is left to the broader management team, and lawyers receive support and flexibility to deal with their clients as they see fit.

Now standing at four offices across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and North Bristol, the firm has begun creating these environments and have attracted strong Private Client, Conveyancing and Family Solicitors from local, regional 500 firms. They are now looking for an individual with generalist knowledge across residential conveyancing and generalist property matters.

Role Overview

The firm is looking for a Licensed Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor 1+ PQE to join their growing team.

This role is offered on a full-time basis, flexible working or part-time, and you will struggle to find a firm with the amount of freedom and homeworking as this opportunity. The firm is designed for candidates such as return to work after maternity/paternity, school run commitments and part-time candidates.

The way the firm is set up means that there is usually a full caseload of existing work to come into. Therefore, candidates with excellent client communication skills are preferred to deal with loyal and existing clients for the firm. Candidates who have struggled to service their clients due to a lack of support and structure will be happy with the set up.

In terms of technical work, the successful Licensed Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor 1+ PQE will be required to work on;
