The Role

5+ PQE Senior Development Solicitor to join Legal 500 team as part of Top 200 firm in Salisbury

Following continued investment into the team, a talented Development Solicitor with senior expertise is needed to join the four Partner team in Salisbury.

In a trusted and influential role in the team, you will work collaboratively on large and often complex transactions including options, promotion agreements, conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures.

The team works actively with large landowners and a rural background; thus, a good understanding of this area's issues would be advantageous. This also applies to experience with Property Finance.

Transactions often reach over £30m in value, with the team very much being the go-to for client both based in the region and nationally. The team's success is built upon longstanding relationships and engagement with clients, this being a pivotal aspect of the role.

The Requirements

• 5+ years PQE within Property Development
• Understanding of Property Finance and Planning being desired
• A confidential, empathetic and human approach to client engagement
• Enjoy the reward of mentoring more junior colleagues
• Keen to develop further within the team into a more senior role.
