The Role

3+ PQE Corporate/Commercial Associate to join Legal 500 & Chambers ranked team within Salisbury Top 200 firm.

Following continued investment into the team, a talented Corporate and Commercial Solicitor is needed to work alongside the two Partners in Salisbury.

Ranked highly in the Legal 500 in terms of output, the team manages M&A, Joint Ventures, Restructuring, PE & VC transactions and Commercial Agreements, along with Data Protection, IP Corporate Finance matters.

The team's expanding due to increased work from regional and national clients, as their holistic approach is matched with exceptional legal understanding. The team works closely with departments on matters such as Tax to provide a complete and coherent service.

You will forge relationships and build your own network, having an influential part to play in the team as you work with Chambers-ranked Partners on matters of high value and complexity.

The Requirements

• 3+ years PQE with Commercial and Corporate matters, no ceiling on PQE and willing to welcome those at Senior Associate level
• Passion for what you do, shown in your approach
• Keen to develop further within the team into a more senior role
• Commercially orientated
• Willing to mentor more junior colleagues
