The Role

NQ to 3 PQE Corporate and Regulatory Disputes Solictor to join Top 100, Legal 500 & Chambers-ranked team in Exeter

In a team whos' reach is international, led by expert Partners that operate with the full range of commercial and regulatory disputes, the Legal 500 and Chambers team makes waves within commercial litigation, professional negligence, reputation management, fraud, regulatory investigations and insurance coverage expertise.

Following investment into the team, a driven and talented lawyer has the opportunity to join the team, enjoying a varied role that offers exposure to a combination of corporate and commercial litigation, international enforcement or arbitration, private wealth / offshore disputes and contentious regulatory investigations including white collar crime.

In providing an exemplar service and engaging with business development, you will establish and build your own connections, working independently whilst also being mentored by Partners keen to share their knowledge and be proactive in development.

The firm offers City-level work, without the lifestyle drawbacks in terms of life-balance and culture. You will progress up the structured development program from Day 1, whilst enjoying home-working as preferred and the opportunity to visit other regional offices.

The Requirements

• Experience within one of more areas of corporate and commercial litigation, international enforcement or arbitration, private wealth / offshore disputes or contentious regulatory investigations
• Drive to succeed and utilise opportunities for continued progression
• Independently engaging with current and future clients with a commercial perspective.
• Working collaboratively with a national team, often on your own and team projects
