The Role
4+ PQE Commercial Tech & IP Solicitor to join Tier 1 Top 50 Commercial Law firm in Bristol as Legal Director
Working alongside a ranked Tech and IP Partner in supporting the Financial Services team, your role will see you work closely and forge relations with some the largest financial service providers on the global stage.
Involved in Fintech, Tech procurement and outsourcing, you will lead projects that consider framework agreements, collaborations, software purchases, the Cloud, and all relevant non-contentious matters. Your technical ability, particularly within negotiating, drafting and advising on complex contracts will be apparent from on the onset.

The Requirements
- 4 years post qualified experience gained within the Technology/Commercial team at a national or specialist law firm, or relevant in-house legal
- Successful BD history, with enthusiasm to bolster client relationships
- Interest in expanding upon technical and commercial skills
- Prior leadership experience, though management and leadership training will be provided.
