Commercial Property Associate

My client is a top 100 National Law firm with a very highly ranked award winning Commercial Property Practice. The practice is growing and they are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team at their Bristol or Birmingham offices. 

The Commercial Property team is experiencing a period of significant growth working closely with housing associations; local authorities; central government; the NHS and private sector businesses.

This role will involve advising clients on the full range of property matters, but with particular emphasis on property development work for local authority clients involved in the delivery of regeneration projects. However the ability to deal with the following would be a real plus:

• Negotiation of acquisitions, disposals and development agreements
• Preparation of robust reports on title and advice notes
• Preparation of reports on documents and executive summaries
• Both freehold and leasehold transactions
• Negotiating with bidders during a competitive dialogue process.

We are ideally looking for someone 5+ PQE  in Commercial Property. The salary is up to £75K + benefits and bonus.
