Intellectual Property / IT Solicitor

My client is a top 100 National Law firm with a very highly ranked award winning IP/IT Practice. The practice is growing and they are looking for 2 IP/IT Lawyers to join their team at their Bristol or Birmingham offices. We are looking for one lawyer with 1-4 PQE and a second with 4-8 PQE.

The IP/IT team advises on the procurement, licensing and supply of tech products and services to a wide range of public and private sector clients.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Good experience in:
  • drafting and negotiating contracts (including IT contracts);
  • commercial transactional projects;
  • contract management support
• Demonstrate a real interest in IT or technology law, with a keenness to develop further.
• Ability to work in a team, coordinating advice with other fee earners
• An ability to liaise effectively with clients
• Practical and commercial approach
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
