The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Residential Property Lawyer into their flourishing office in Luton.

The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work; this includes lots of high-value transactions. The department has an esteem reputation with high-end estate agents; fee earners bill very well due to the way they charge, the team has a wealth of experience and house high-calibre Conveyancers. You will deal with your own general, high-quality caseload.

This role is for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor who can bring their own experience to the team and build on their current caseload. A unique experience with high-value work with an attractive work-life balance. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including:

• Buying & Selling
• Transfer of Equity
• Mortgages and Remortgages
• Tenancy agreements

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with 5 PQE +
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• You will have a technical knowledge for a range of matters
• A key focus in a particular area of Residential Property and ability to grow your caseload independently
