Our client are a Top 50 UK Law firm with a reputation for the very highest quality of corporate work..

They seek a newly or recently qualified associate who trained with and is now working at either a City firm or a decent regional practice to join the corporate team in Cambridge.

Candidates should have strong academics and exposure to a broad range of corporate transactional work. The ideal candidate will also have some experience of or interest in venture capital work, including the drafting of investment agreements and ‘VC style’ articles of association. The team is involved in a good mix of corporate work, primarily in the technology sector, weighted equally between M&A transactional work and venture capital fundraising, and acts both for investee companies and institutional investors in London and across the South. Excellent support and progression opportunities are on offer with this role.
