The Role

This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor to join their growing team based in Southampton, Hampshire

The Litigation team deals with a high-quality of work that includes servicing the needs of HNW / UHNW individuals, you will dealing with a broad case of matters including will validity issues, 1975 act claims, executor disputes, breach of trusts and much more.

Progression will be ongoing, structured to ensure you are consistently challenged, have access to various areas, and develop into chosen specialities or leadership based on your preference.

• 3+ years PQE within Contentious Probate Law
• A high degree of technical competency
