The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer into their office near Stevenage.
You will join an experienced department who have close ties to their clients. They are a dynamic and collaborative team who are looking for a new member of their team. You will be given full autonomy in your role with the aim of developing business for progression to partner level. Your work will be closely tied with your experience while having an understanding of the following areas:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Commercial leases
- Property development
Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 4PQE+
- There is no upper limit in PQE
- Ability to work individually and a willingness to learn from experienced Solicitors
- Self-motivated attitude and desire for growing the business
- Client focused mindset
