The role:

Opportunity for a soon to be, or newly qualified Employment Solicitor who already has a proven track record to join an industry leading team in Oxford.

Therefore, your role will be broad and varied dealing with claimant and respondent work as well as working on high value cases going through the High Court. It is essential that you've already had exposure to high level employment work in order to hit the ground running.

Requirements:

· You will be nearing qualification or be recently qualified as an Employment Solicitor
· Comprehensive experience within a well-established employment team that you can draw on
· Advanced communication skills and an entrepreneurial flare
