The Client - is an International Finance Firm. They are looking for a Group Company Secretary to join the team in their London office. There may be call for some international travel but not often.

As they experience great growth it is the right time to make this a stand-alone role.

 

The Role - As the Group Company Secretary you will be expected to provide quality, company-wide secretarial advice and support the Board and Chairman.

You will proactively contribute by supporting the companies governance framework, and anticipating the needs of colleagues and service providers across multiple entities. The core part of the role is focussed on company secretarial work, but there is also an administrative element involved.

 

You - will have previous Company Secretary experience - ideally dealing with multiple entities. ICSA Qualified or a legal equivalent.

  • An understanding of corporate secretarial practice and excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to produce high quality minutes

  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external parties

  • Ability to engage with partners and senior management with confidence and an assured

    approach

  • Ability to manage and reconcile conflicting demands and stakeholders

  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
