The role:

This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join their Reading office.

You will work on a mix of privately funded work and matters with alternative sources of funding. The team have a reputation for outstanding client care and represent trustees, executors and beneficiaries in complex and high value disputes.

This department comprise of several recommended individuals in the L500, which means you will have the opportunity to learn and develop under experienced partners and senior associates.

It is essential that you have excellent business development skills with a desire to play an active role in growing the team's client base and referral network.

Progression will be ongoing and structured to ensure you are consistently challenged, with the capacity to develop within your chosen area of expertise.

Requirements:

· Contentious Probate Solicitor 5+ years PQE
· A high degree of technical competence in Tax, Trusts and Estates
· STEP qualified, working towards or desire to commence the qualification
· Energy and enthusiasm to get involved in business development projects
