The firm is seeking to hire an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer into their office in Bishop's Stortford.

You will join a well-respected department who have an extensive list of clients they work with closely. They have a wealth of experience in the field and are looking for someone to join them and grow their reputation further.

You will be working on specialist subjects but are expected to have an understanding of the following areas:

• M&A
• Partnership and Shareholder agreements
• Commercial contracts
• Corporate Finance and Partnerships

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 5PQE+
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• Ability to work individually
• Self-motivated and team-working skills
• Client focused mindset
