Costs Lawyer

An award winning international law firm, this practice is looking to recruit a Costs draftsperson into their Health team. This team is widely considered as a leading practice, advising both the NHS and independent organisations.


You will be expected to provided cost support to the team, across a number of UK and international offices. The role will involve managing your own high value caseload, working autonomously, drafting and considering cost estimates in arbitration and high court disputes. Experience of working in the clinical negligence industry will be beneficial, but by no means a pre-requisite .

You will be expected to be able to demonstrate:
- at least 2 years of experience of working as a costs draftsperson
- experience of drafting points of dispute, reply, costs budgets and bills of costs
- experience of preparing detailed costs estimates
