The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor into their office in Bishop's Stortford.

You will join an experienced department who have close ties to their clients. They are a dynamic and collaborative team who are looking for a new member of their team. You will work closely with a partner who will pass on their experience to you in order for quick and extensive progression. You will be working on a wide portfolio and are expected to have an understanding of the following areas:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Commercial leases
• Property development

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 2PQE+
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• Ability to work individually and a willingness to learn from experienced Solicitors
• Self-motivated attitude and desire for growing the business
• Client focused mindset
