This company are a multi award winning defendant law firm based in Manchester. Instructed by some of the leading Insurers, they have an enviable reputation in the market place.

Your new role
You will work with the litigated defendant team to pursue settlement of litigated credit hire files. You will handle small and fast track matters whilst providing assistance to the wider team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have some credit hire experience or knowledge, including small and fast track matters. A good understanding of case law, litigation practice and CPO is also advantageous.
