This Top 200 Firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their well-recognised department in their Bishop's Stortford office. An exciting opportunity to join a thriving firm who is looking at opening new offices in the oncoming years.

The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Litigation Lawyer in Bishop's Stortford.

The team have achieved success beyond their size which has led to an increase in caseload. They are looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running. You will be afforded full autonomy only seen through regional firms. This role is highly progressive as they look to expand the number of Partners over the next few years.

Your caseload will depend on your experience but an understanding of the following is preferable:

• Contract disputes
• Property disputes
• Shareholder or Director disputes
• Dept recovery
• Insolvency
• Contentious trusts and probates
• Broad employment disputes

If you have particular experience in one of these fields, this will be taken into consideration by the firm.

Requirements

• Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 4 PQE +
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
• Able to handle your own caseload of high value and medium volume work
