This is an opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor who wishes to specialise in trust and tax work to join a very professional law firm.
Joining a large team you will be motivated by working alongside technically strong fee earners and you will be encouraged to gain the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification.
You will be advising on and assisting others who advise on wills, trusts and tax planning for high net worth UK and foreign domiciled individuals, trustees and beneficiaries.
There will be opportunities to specialise in advising on farm partnerships, business owners, off shore trusts and succession planning issues.
