Our client's highly regarded corporate/commercial team acts for a range of domestic and international businesses including transport and logistics providers, facilities companies, defence and security organisations and fintech entities.

They focus on providing pragmatic, flexible and straight-forward advice on a range of corporate/commercial matters.

The work is often international in nature. They've become particularly well known for complex commercial project transactions including PPP and outsourcing.

Due to increased demand they are looking for a high quality Junior (probably 1-3 PQE) Associate to join the team.

The role sits within a partner-led practice which has a reputation for working closely with clients.

If you've got at between one and three years' quality post-qualification corporate/commercial experience gained from either a City or highly regarded regional practice, we'd like to hear from you.
