Senior Property Finance Paralegal/Property Finance Solicitor

LAW Absolute are working with a specialist law firm in Birmingham who are looking for a Senior Property Finance Paralegal or a Property Finance Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the firms finance clients within their property team and working on high quality matters.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• High quality property finance jobs,
• Manage relationships with a range of existing social housing clients,
• Manage and grow a small team of Legal Assistants/Paralegals.

You will also have the opportunity to grow the team through business development.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC.

It is essential you have;

• A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience as a Paralegal/NQ Solicitor
• Experience of large property finance transactions
• Experience with managing paralegals

Experience with business development is not essential but desirable.
