This perspective provides a unique insight into client's needs, and enables them to provide commercial and solution-oriented advice.

A role has arisen in the London office of this busy and well-regarded team for a 4-6 PQE Corporate Associate/Senior Associate with experience of a mix of corporate transactions relating to the Energy sector. In order to be considered for this role, you will have:

• Gained high quality training and 4-6 years' PQE in corporate transactions from a City or top regional practice;
• Received relevant 'hands-on' work experience of transactions within the energy sector, and have well-developed client management skills;
• A proactive, inquisitive approach;
• Strong interpersonal skills and sound time/case management skills; and
• A strong academic record
