Residential Conveyancer

A well-known and established multi site law firm is now looking for an experienced conveyancer to run their own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions at their Congleton office.

The firm has been awarded the Lexcel Quality Mark and offers a range of services to the business community and private individuals.

As the successful candidate for the residential conveyancer role you will have a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchase, re-mortgages and equity release. You would be able to take initial instructions, conduct searches, obtain title deeds, check title, raise enquiries, conduct exchanges and undertake completion and post-completion work.

This is a permanent full time role and my client is looking for candidates with at least 3 years' experience within a residential conveyancing background. If you are looking to be part of a vibrant and friendly office environment this is the perfect role for you.

The salary is up to £35,000 dependent on experience.
