Legal Counsel - 'Number 2' position
Client
You will be joining a hugely successful international Tech player which is involved in multiple fields and sectors including new tech based learning methods and online development.
You will join the in-house legal team in a brand newly created role and come in as the second lawyer within the business.
Role
You will undertake an extremely diverse all-round varied in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on a huge variety of day to day legal issues including in relation to corporate matters, IP and DP, litigation, etc. This really is an extremely broad and all-round legal role.
You will report directly into the Head of Legal and you will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package.
You will be able to undertake remote/flexible working.
You
You will be a qualified UK Solicitor with approximately 1-6 years' PQE. You must have some prior experience of a range of commercial contracts.
