Competition Lawyer 2+ To £££
Rare opening at this popular City firm for an ambitious EU/Competition Lawyer to join this highly regarded team. Broad-ranging role including cartels, abuses of dominance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, state aid and follow-on damages claims. The team also advises on vertical agreements, information exchanges. regulatory investigations in the UK and EU. Sectors covered include tech, life sciences, telecoms, media and financial services. A second qualification in a EU country would be useful (but not essential) as well as strong competition law experience in relation to both EU/UK merger control and behavioural and experience of state aid and public procurement. Genuine prospects going forward in this expanding team.
