The job:
In your new Residential Conveyancer / Property Lawyer position you will:
* Responsible for managing a caseload of private property files.
* The team works with landed estates, trustees, charities and private individuals from the UK and overseas, advising on landed high value residential property transactions.
* You will be supported in the management of your caseload by assistants and the wider team.
* The focus of this role is on quality rather than quantity, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, to include high net-worth individuals.
* This with include local work as well as from the City and overseas.
Requirements of the role:
The ideal candidate will be a good quality generalist residential property lawyer, ideally with some experience of high net worth properties, looking to develop their career in a friendly and collegiate team.
You will be a qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
