The Role:
-You will have the opportunity to run a caseload of both residential property matters from inception through to post completion.
-The work is manageable and will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
*
* Extensive client contact
Requirements:
-Must be able to work autonomously
-Able to run residential property matters from inception through to post completion
-Confident communication skills with clients and potential clients
