Finance BD/Knowledge Paralegal

My client is a leading magic circle law firm and they are seeking to hire a Knowledge Paralegal to support the work of the Business Development and Financing team.

Supporting the BD function within the financing stream, the Knowledge Paralegal requires excellent organisation skills, high attention to detail and excellent legal technical knowledge.

The role will be based in one of the finance practice groups such as Debt Capital Markets or Acquisition and Leverage Finance.

Your responsibilities will involve assisting with pitches, legal directory submissions, legal research, collecting know-how and monitoring market developments.
