Commercial Property Solicitor - In-house

Our client is looking for a Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor for a 12 month fixed term contract. At the moment employees are largely still working remotely but moving forward the client hopes to have a minimum 2 / 3 days in the Bristol office and the rest home based.

The candidate:

• Be experienced in Commercial Property or Real Estate Conveyancing ideally within financial services sector
• Will Supervise external Solicitors or Legal Counsel on any relevant case files
• Will have worked on a range of different commercial property matters including (but not limited to) acquisitions, leasehold portfolio, leases, wayleaves, licences, development and general property legal advice.
• Property litigation experience is an advantage, alongside any corporate or commercial experience

In-house experience would be desirable, but the client would consider a private practice lawyer looking to move in-house who could point to good business and commercial skills.

Our client envisages that candidates with between 2 to 6 years PQE will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
