Birmingham city centre based firm are seeking a Plot Conveyancer to help with delivery of work in their well established Plots Team.

The team carries out a wide variety of work, both complex and routine, for National PLC developers, and has a strong pipeline of instructions. The role will involve sending out standard plot sale paperwork, dealing with enquiries, exchanging contracts and dealing with completions. As the successful plots conveyancer you will look after your own caseload and therefore time management and developing client relationships will be vital in this role.

The successful candidate will:
- be committed to providing high quality service to clients, as well as being a strong team player
- have previous experience in one or more of the following areas: plot sales, acquisition, site set-ups and disposal of dwellings, shared ownership
- have a solid understanding of conveyancing
- have excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise, build successful client relationships and a willingness to learn
