Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel / Commercial Technology Lawyer for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The key to the role will be dealing with the day to day legal matters faced by the business. A candidate with a strong career background to date with skills and experience in commercial contracts law is required.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a wide range of legal issues including:
Our client envisages that candidates with between 5 - 10 years PQE will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.

- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts relating to software licnesing, design & build, cloud computing, agile, IT outsourcing, systems integration and other more general commercial contracts on both supply-side and customer-side in the public and private sectors
- Assisting and helping the business on a wide range of other legal matters including intellectual property issues
- The successful candidate must be able to point to strong communication skills and good business and commerciality skills.
