The firm would be interested in a high quality Common Law qualified Lawyer.

About the role
The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner and senior Lawyers in the firm’s Dubai office and well as part of its broader Middle East network. The firm is looking at growing their Corporate practice in the UAE. The successful candidate will be working on a full scale worldwide mergers of existing businesses, new ventures and a variety of joint ventures. Involvement with private equity and fund raising transactions across a wide range of market sectors. You will lead and supervise a team on corporate transactions. Developing and managing client relationships. Initiating specific business development activities.

About you

  • Our client is interested in speaking to a Common Law Qualified Lawyer with 6-8+ years post qualification experience gained at a leading law firm.
  • Strong academic records and qualifications along with a solid technical and commercial background is essential.
  • The successful candidate must be able to manage a high degree of responsibility.
