A leading top 150 firm advising both businesses and individuals on a local, national and international scale with offices across The South and London. The corporate team is established and well-respected, providing advice on complex mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, refinancing, debt and equity fundraisings, management buyouts and business sales through to strategically critical commercial work such as distribution, agency and supply agreements, data protection breach response and compliance, technology development agreements, website platform policies and trading terms.
The team act for entrepreneurs, often in high growth businesses, the banking sector and some large corporates with a great deal of the work involving advise on lower mid-market m&a, refinancing and international distribution agreement structures often working with an established international network of lawyers.
The firm are in the process of actively growing the corporate team in Southampton servicing existing clients across the southern region with a view to generating new client relationships as opportunities present themselves.This will ideally include further development in the banking sector including challenger banks and an array of borrower clients from the marine, healthcare and leisure sectors.
Ideally you would have a minimum of 3pyrs PQE be an all round excellent communicator with great business acumen and a willingness to act as part of a team and be proactive in identifying further opportunities do develop further business, in the process establishing yourself further across the region. Those with prior experience in the banking would be viewed as highly desirable.
The firm are keen to provide you with all the support and development in order for you to achieve your own professional goals and will provide all the resource you need where furthering your own technical and business skills are concerned.
