Residential Conveyancer – Solihull
An opportunity has come up for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-regarded and respected law firm in Solihull.
You will deal with a wide variety of residential property work, this will include handling all types of residential property transactions; including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, equity release and lease extensions. Other aspects to the role will be in new build plot sales, including drafting site set up documentation and plot contracts.
