M&A/Corporate Lawyer, 5-12PQE - Singapore

An exciting pipeline of investments taking place on a global scale has necessitated the hire of a commercially attuned transactions lawyer.

This role will suit a solid Corporate/M&A lawyer with substantial funds/corporate/M&A/financing experience, preferably with international exposure and mandarin skills to liaise with regional counterparts. The role provides excellent exposure to a broad range of transactions, whilst offering support on daily business activities.
