The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly respected Commercial Property team in Preston.

You will handle a varied caseload of acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant, and Real Estate Finance. The firm has an established, high calibre client base that ranges from SMEs to major national developers.

Working closely alongside respected Partners on complex and high-value projects, you will also have a high level of autonomy for your own caseload. This combination will give you a platform to develop your technical ability and confidence, putting you years ahead of your PQE.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor between NQ - 4 years
  • Experience handling your own caseload whilst assisting Partners on more complex matters
  • Able to build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Able to work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team
