Corporate Transaction Associate

An award winning, national firm are looking to welcome a highly skilled corporate transaction lawyer to their top tier firm in London. 
 
The successful candidate will have worked in this area of law for at least four years and have dealt with high street banks, consumer lenders and other debt portfolio work. This Firm are seeking a focused Associate to deal with their enviable client base of large retail banks and sophisticated in-house teams. You will be passionate about your work and thrive of rising to a challenge. Evidently you will have a strong academic profile and excellent technical ability.
