Corporate Energy Associate

A market leading international law firm is seeking an excellent Corporate Energy Associate to join their team in London.

You’ll be an ambitious and driven 2-4 PQE Corporate Energy Associate, looking for the opportunity to challenge yourself with the most complex, high value work on the market.

The team has an outstanding reputation for project development transactions within infrastructure, particularly across UK based oil & gas projects and internationally.

The Role

• Advising sponsors and lenders on major cross boarder power, infrastructure and oil and gas projects
• You will work on a broad range of complex, high value, and high profile M&A transactional, projects and supply chain work

Requirements

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• Corporate Energy Associate, 2-4 PQE
• Experience drafting and negotiating oil, gas, LNG and LPG sale and purchase agreements
• As a Corporate Energy Associate you’ll work across all aspects of the industry; upstream, downstream, LNG, platforms and pipelines.
