Corporate Lawyer (fixed term contract)

Global law firm seeks Corporate Lawyer for six month fixed term contract role.

Our client is an international law firm which has a highly ranked Corporate team that acts on domestic and international transactions across a range of industry sectors. Due to a maternity leave the firm seeks to recruit an additional corporate lawyer on a six month fixed term contract basis.

Applications are sought from corporate lawyers who have upwards of two years' PQE. Experience should include M&A, private equity, capital markets and joint venture. Applicants should be available at short notice or be immediately available.

This corporate role will be offered on a six month fixed term contract basis.
