A reputable commercial law firm with a strong ranking for their disputes offering. You will be joining a practice who prides itself on their diverse client base and the first class service they provide. Due to growth, this highly rated litigation team is looking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to assist the other members of the team on high value and complex cases. The growing litigation department covers a range of disputes including regulatory, construction and commercial disputes matters. The client base will be varied and can include high profile private individuals, PLCs, multinational companies and SMEs. As the chosen Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be offered the opportunity to work on a diverse and complex caseload which could include exposure to directors / shareholders disputes, injunctions and breach of warranty claims along with some construction disputes. There is also the potential to gain exposure to some claims that have an international element.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 3 years' PQE in covering the broad remit of commercial disputes within a well-established and leading law firm recognised for their commercial litigation offerings. Ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitors will have experience of liaising with clients and colleagues as well as assisting on applications for injunctive relief, preparing for hearings, drafting statements and building solid relationships together with playing a key part in the teams business development and networking activities. You must have experience of dealing with your own caseload of complex and high value commercial litigation matters.
